Welcoming Our Summer Engineers & Students to MMD Construction

We are delighted to welcome a new group of Summer Engineers and Students to MMD Construction as they begin their placement with us for the summer season.

Joining us from a variety of engineering, construction, and secondary schools, these students will spend the next few months gaining valuable hands-on experience across our live sites and office teams. We are proud to offer them a real insight into the fast-paced and rewarding world of construction.

This placement is more than just work experience, it is an opportunity to learn, contribute, and build relationships with professionals across the business. From understanding the technical side of site engineering to witnessing how collaboration, safety, and innovation come together on the ground, we hope this summer will be a meaningful step in their career journey.
