For the successful delivery of any project, the project needs to be completed on time, to a quality which surpasses the Clients expectations and within the contract sum. All three elements are of very high importance, but completing a project within the contract sum needs to be of utmost importance to all involved. We have a team of Senior/Project/Junior Surveyors based at our head office and site based supervised by the Managing Project Surveyor whose responsibility is to manage costs on each project. It is very important for us to identify any potential cost overruns as early as possible and notify the Design Team accordingly to ensure the overall Contract sum is not affected.
