MMD Construction Named Finalist in Three HR Leadership & Management Awards 2026 Categories
MMD Construction Cork is delighted to have been named a finalist in three categories at the HR Leadership & Management Awards 2026, recognising our continued investment in our people, workplace culture and wider communities.
MMD Construction Cork has been shortlisted for:
- Best Health & Wellbeing Impact Award
- Best Workplace Social Impact Award
- Best HR Performance – Construction & Engineering
The three nominations reflect different elements of our people strategy and the contribution of employees across the business.
Our Health & Wellbeing nomination recognises our commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and empowered to perform at their best. Over the past year, we have continued to invest in physical and mental wellbeing, employee engagement and initiatives shaped directly by employee feedback.
Our Workplace Social Impact nomination celebrates the enthusiasm of our employees for giving back. From our annual Christmas Toy Appeal and fundraising for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity to community, education and industry partnerships, our people continue to make a meaningful difference beyond the workplace.
Our nomination for Best HR Performance – Construction & Engineering recognises the wider impact of our people strategy. Through our You Asked, We Listened approach, investment in learning and development, graduate and apprenticeship pathways, employee communication and engagement, HR continues to support workforce capability and the sustainable growth of MMD Construction Cork.
Being shortlisted across three categories is a fantastic recognition of the collective effort of our employees, managers, leadership team and external partners.
