Leadership Workshop Day

Last week, we brought colleagues from across the business together for a Leadership Workshop Day. It was a fantastic opportunity to step away from day-to-day demands, set longer-term priorities, and strengthen collaboration.

We shared experiences, challenged ideas, and built on our core values of People, Excellence, Respect, Sustainability, Innovation and Teamwork, ensuring that every member of our team feels empowered to contribute to our shared goals.
