MMD Construction Attends Cork College of FET Apprenticeship Expo

On Wednesday, 11 March 2026, MMD Construction were delighted to attend the Cork College of FET Apprenticeship Expo at the Bishopstown Campus. The event brought together students, educators, and industry representatives to explore apprenticeship pathways and career opportunities within skilled trades.

Our team had a fantastic afternoon meeting students who are considering careers in construction and Wood Manufacturing. The Expo provided an excellent opportunity to introduce the wide range of career paths available at MMD and to speak directly with the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Throughout the event, we shared information about our Wood Manufacturing Apprenticeship opportunities, which offer individuals the chance to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional workshop environment while learning a valuable trade.

The Expo was a great success, and we were delighted to engage with so many enthusiastic students who showed a genuine interest in developing their careers within the industry.
