MMD Construction Publishes 2024 Gender Pay Gap Report
At MMD Construction, our employees are at the heart of our success. We are proud to publish our 2024 Gender Pay Gap Report, which reflects both our progress and our ongoing commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion across our business.
The data highlights challenges that reflect the traditionally male-dominated nature of the construction industry, but also demonstrates clear opportunities for continued improvement. Through focused action and leadership, we are working to attract, develop, and retain more women across all areas of our organisation.
To date, we achieved Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation, recognising our progress in embedding fairness and inclusion throughout MMD Construction. During the year, our team strengthened community and industry engagement, visiting schools and colleges, supporting CETB initiatives, and participating in CIF International Women’s Day events to promote careers for women in construction. We remain committed to doing better each year, through ongoing awareness campaigns, equality and leadership training, and by continuing to build an inclusive culture where every employee has the opportunity to thrive.
