Summary of Duties:
- Supporting Senior Project Surveyors with budgets, procurement trackers, and cash flow preparation.
- Preparing tender packages, attending subcontractor meetings, and completing cost reports.
- Involvement in valuations and reconciliation reports.
- Career progression through structured training with regular one-to-one mentorship.
Working with Us
You will be guided by the Quantity Surveying Training Plan, with monthly review meetings and tailored support. You will progress quickly from supporting tasks to taking ownership of commercial responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Passion: A commitment to learning and a keen interest in construction engineering and technology.
- Team Player: Collaborative, motivated, and eager to contribute to large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to work with multiple functions to coordinate the flow of information.
