HR Manager

MMD Construction are seeking to recruit a HR Manager to join our Management Team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and management development
  • Provide Strategic and Operational HR support
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with strategic business objectives
  • Develop and implement a strong Performance Management system
  • Maintain a positive employee environment
  • Proactively attract and retain high quality employees through strong recruitment strategies
  • Engage in HR projects and programmes
  • Manage HR admin effectively

Qualifications needed for a successful candidate:

  • Relevant HR experience in a senior position
  • Demonstrated ability in best practice HR
  • Ability to implement performance management systems and follow through in accordance
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude with exceptional communication and relationship building ability
