Staff Resources
In addition to the management team the company has a large full-time staff ranging from Foremen, tradesmen to General Operatives as well as Administration staff.
Office Staff

| Adrian joined the company in 2005 and has since obtained a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. He is responsible for all sub-contractors, including sourcing and granting of contracts. He is also involved in approving sub-contractor work. Adrian worked directly with management to help the company obtain the certification of ISO 9001:2008. |

| Damian holds a higher diploma in health & safety from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM). Damian joined the company in 2006 and since his appointment as Safety Officer he has helped MMD obtain the Safe T Cert & OHSAS 18001.

| Emma joined the company in 2008 and she has a Degree in Business and Marketing. She is responsible for all aspects of the Tender & Pre-qualification process of projects, drawing management and project set up. |

| Jennifer joined the company in 2004. She manages all aspects of the day to day running of the accounting department. She deals directly with the Financial Controller of MMD and deals with payments to suppliers, dealing with debtors and payroll. |

| Kevin joined MMD in October 2011. Kevin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and qualified in 1999. He has worked full time in this position within the construction industry since qualifying. He has worked on projects ranging in value from €15,000 to €160million. |

| Martin joined the MMD work force in September 2010. He oversees all aspects of the Purchasing Department and is currently studying for a Degree in Business Management in Cork Institute of Technology. |

| Miriam joined the MMD workforce in June 2011. She has over 6 years experience working in the construction industry. She works directly with the Purchasing Manager and is involved in all working aspects of this Department. |

| Patricia is a qualified certified public accountant and deals with account issues related to the company. Patricia joined the company in 2000 |

| Raymond joined the company in June 2011. He has over 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor. He has worked on projects ranging from €250,000 to €35million. |

| Shane joined the company in July 2011. He has over 13 years experience in the Quantity Surveying/Estimating field from Junior Quantity Surveyor to Managing Quantity Surveyor and Chief Estimator. |
Site Staff

| Aidan joined the company in 2010. He has over 16 years experience in constuction and has been working as a foreman for 12years. Aidan is a carpenter by trade and worked on projects ranging from €100,000 to €22million. |

| Martin deals with commercial and retails projects, Martin has also experience in large-scale residential. Martin joined the company in 2004 |

| Dermot deals exclusively with both small and large residential projects and has over 20 years experience Dermot joined the company in 2005 |

| Tony has over 15 years experience in the construction industry Tony joined the company in 2007 |

| Brendan has over 10 years experience in the construction industry and joined the company in 2008 |

| Brandon has worked with MMD Construction for many years, but took over the role of Site Foreman in 2010. |

| John joined the MMD workforce in 2010 and has a MEng Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from Cork Institute of Technology.He is a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland. |
