Works have been completed on the renovation of the Old Fishmarket Wall surrounding the Blue Haven Hotel in Kinsale, Co. Cork
This wall dates back to 1784 & is of considerable cultural heritage merit which bears testament to Kinsales past as an important fishing port. The Blue Haven Management have put three longs years of research into restoring this historical feature in Kinsale Town Centre back to its original glory by restoring the original openings, archways & wall finishes.

This is the renovation of an existing building in the city centre of Cork.
The Scope of works for this project involved material alterations and refurbishments to existing building. This project consisted of the strip out of the existing mechanical and electrical of the existing listed building. The removal of existing internal doors, floors walls and ceiling finishes and the installation of new fire alarms, to achieve a fire rating for the fire cert Compliance.
