The Scope of works for this project includes the construction of 1no. commercial unit with all associated internal fit-out and external works including the provision of services to the site.

The new two-storey building consists of a structural steel portal frame with a precast concrete first floor and infill masonry blockwork. The roof consists of a composite roof panel on purlins on steel rafters.
