MMD has secured a number of contarcts in from the OPW. The following is a list of the projects

Fota House & Gardens This Project comprises of the Construction of a new Surface car park with associated drainage, landscaping and ancillary works to accommodate 167 cars and 6 buses Also included is the construction of a new access road and upgrading an existing access road

Royal Gunpowder Mills, Ballincollig, Co. Cork Works have been completed on the Western Gatehouse, Royal Gunpowder Mills in Ballincollig. This work is in conjunction with Cork County Council.
