Works have now been completed at Strawberry Hill Boys National School, Cork City. All Contractor & PSCS duties were carried out successfully & according to legislation.

L.E Roisin, one of the Naval Service Fleet. The homeport for this ship is Haulbowline Island in Cork Harbour, where all works were carried out. The works included re-fitting various elements of a P51 Naval Ship. All works were carried out to the deadline of a three week turn around.

Works are ongoing at the Live Pharmaceutical Site for Lipton Soft Drinks Ireland in Kilnagleary, Carrigaline, Co. Cork. This project is being run to a tightly monitored programme of works.

Works have been completed in the North Monastery Secondary School, Cork. The project included Electrical & Building works on a live site.

Works were completed on the renovation of the Old Fishmarket Wall surrounding the Blue Haven Hotel in Kinsale, Co. Cork in time for 17th March 'St. Patricks Day'. This wall dates back to 1784 & is of considerable cultural heritage merit which bears testament to Kinsales past as an important fishing port. The Blue Haven Management have put three longs years of research into restoring this historical feature in Kinsale Town Centre back to its original glory by restoring the original openings, archways & wall finishes.

Works have been completed on the development of 3 Commercial Units with apartments overhead at Donnybrook Hill in Douglas, Cork. MMD Construction was employed to carry out the role of fully completing these units & apartments. These works included Project Management of Mechanical & Electrical elements & the commissioning of same. Completion of external facade with regards to limestone cladding & lead work. The installation of windows & doors, provision of Site boundaries & other associated works.

The Lake area has recently been completed and fully shrubbed and planted

Works have been completed on the Western Gatehouse, Royal Gunpowder Mills in Ballincollig. This work is in conjunction with Cork County Council.

The official opening of the New Extension of St. Multose National School, Kinsale, Co. Cork took place on the 6th November 2009. The opening was attended by Cormac Smith(MMD), Fiona Giles(Principal), Mark Salter(Engineer),Staff, Parents & local residents. This school extension has been gladly welcomed by parents & staff alike, & will hopefully provide a happy & learning environment for the children of the local area.

The New Extension of Ballinspittle National School was officially opened on Tuesday 20th October 2009. This event was attended by Mr. Tom O Sullivan-Architect; Mr. Cormac Smith -MMD Director & Fr.Canon Kelliher- Parish Priest. This event was also attended by the Principal Mr. Tommy Gunning & other staff members. Many parents & local residents were invited to join in the opening celebrations.
