Construction has been completed on the Killarney Town Council Depot at Woodlands in Killarney. Also the Link Road works also carried out by MMD Construction Cork Ltd. have been completed & the road is fully operational. Please see attached an article regarding same that was published in the Killarney Advertiser in May of this year.

MMD Construction Cork Ltd. has completed works on the LE Orla Naval Service Ship. Some minor works were also carried out on the LE Eithne. These contracts add to our current profile of works carried out on the Naval Services Fleet. Previous projects with the Naval Service include: LE Roisin, LE Niamh.

MMD Construction Cork Ltd. is currently carrying out the installation of hand rails & barriers on Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) athletics track.  

Road Closures of Main Street Bandon have been completed in conjunction with Bandon Gardai and Bandon Town Council to coordinate shift works at Bowens Menswear in Bandon. These Shift works include internal structural Steel and Concrete works & the re-roofing of the existing building.

Traffic Management Plans were implemented in order to complete works

Works have now been completed at Strawberry Hill Boys National School, Cork City. All Contractor & PSCS duties were carried out successfully & according to legislation.

Works are currently being carried out on Bowens Menswear in Bandon Co. Cork. These refurbishment works include internal demolition, structural works & re-roofing of building. A pedestrian managment plan is currently in place to ensure a safe passage of all civilians during the works.

The company has recently won several new building contracts especially in the once off housing sector.Works are due to commence on Monday 26th April 2010 on a new one off house in Courtmacsherry. Other areas where these houses are to be built range from Kinsale to Bantry to Monkstown. One of these one off houses based in Kinsale, has recently been completed. L.E Roisin, one of the Naval Service Fleet. The homeport for this ship is Haulbowline Island in Cork Harbour, where all works were carried out. The works included re-fitting various elements of a P51 Naval Ship. All works were carried out to the deadline of a three week turn around.
