Personal supervision ensures that all work is carried out to client’s requirements.
Managing Director
Tomás O’DonovanTomás has been involved in the construction industry since 1990, He was self-employed in 1995 and formed MMD Construction Cork Ltd in 2000. Tomás is responsible for the strategic direction of the company.
Secretary
Cormac SmithCormac is a qualified engineer and a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified project management professional. He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Cormac has overall responsibility for project management for the firm. In addition Cormac is responsible for sourcing new projects and liaising with new customers.
Chairman
Kevin O’LearyKevin has over 18 years experience in the construction industry specialising in commercial and industrial developments. Kevin has overall responsibility for the organisation, and project management of all commercial and industrial projects carried out by the company.
Financial Controller
Declan HarringtonDeclan is responsible for the financial administration, and I.T. end of the business. Declan leads a team consisting of a Purchasing Manager, CPA Accountant, Contracts Manager, Accounts Manager, Safety Officer and Receptionist |
