Fox Hole, Youghal, Co. Cork This Project included the building of a commercial unit. Works included - Servicing the site and all associated site works

Somex, Ballyvourney, Co. Cork The Scope of works for this project included the construction of 1no. commercial unit with all associated internal fit-out incorporating offices, manufacturing area, showrooms and storage areas. External works include the provision of services to the site.

Fotapoint Carrigtwohill Co Cork The project involved the Construction of light industrial units in Carrigtwohill Co. Cork, which included the Building of warehouse Units with Ancillary Two Storey Offices

Kerry Foods, Wallingstown, Little Island Co Cork Construction of light industrial unit in Little Island Co. Cork. This project was a design and build turn key project which has an onsite build program of 16 weeks with extensive office fitout.

Airways Industrial Park, Farmers Cross, Co. Cork Completed in June 2001 the work consisted of 12 light industrial units at Farmers Cross Cork. Total floor area 2750 sq metres.

Warehousing & Distribution Ltd Little Island, Co Cork Phase 1 completed June 2000. Construction of 30,000 sq ft warehouse with offices. Extensive siteworks included bulk excavation, concrete yard and road, truck parking area, process sewers, ducting, watermain, retaining boundary walls.
