Wallingstown, Little Island This is the development of a new industrial unit in Little Island, Cork. The unit is approximately 3,500 sq m2. This development was started on site August 2008.

Little Island, Co Cork Phase 1 completed June 2000. Construction of 30,000 sq ft warehouse with offices. Extensive siteworks included bulk excavation, concrete yard and road, truck parking area, process sewers, ducting, watermain, retaining boundary walls.
