MMD Construction Cork Ltd has the resources to carry out projects to €50m in value.

Our insurance company underwrites our performance bonds. A floating facilty is in place and is reviewed annually to meet our turnover projections. In addition, bond facilities are readily available for specific projects as required and bonds can be put in place in a timely manner.

The company is fully insured and carries €13.5m combined liability and Public Liability Insurance. The company has a comphrensive Contractors All Risks (CAR) Policy in place in addition to fleet and engineering insurance policies. MMD Construction Cork Ltd has an excellent claims experience record in relation to insurance that ultimately reflects on the companies competitiveness when pricing jobs.

We are fully tax compliant and we possess a current tax clearance certificate and C2 card.
