Lipton Soft Drinks Ireland Ltd: First Safety Milestone achieved on Site at 3,000 accident free hours.
This Project involves:
- Refurbishment of and internal modifications to the existing Process Building
- Construction of a new Warehouse Extensions and all associated Site Works

Constructed during 2007 and completed in 2008, this is a commercial and retail unit located in the heart of Killarney town.

Works have been completed on the development of 3 Commercial Units with apartments overhead at Donnybrook Hill in Douglas, Cork.
MMD Construction was employed to carry out the role of fully completing these units & apartments. These works included Project Management of Mechanical & Electrical elements & the commissioning of same.
Completion of external facade with regards to limestone cladding & lead work. The installation of windows & doors, provision of Site boundaries & other associated works.

This was a rennovation of an existing warehouse. While the work was taking place, OS Ltd. still continued to trade using the premises. This project was completed in late May, 2008.

This is a development of a new car showroom in Midleton, Co. Cork. This project was undertaken on the 15th of September, 2008. To meet client needs, the building was completed and occupied in December, 2008.
