The Irish Cancer Society has created a Daffodil Centre, which is a cancer information and advice unit, in an existing office in the Cork University Hospital. Works by MMD to Daffodil Centre: Strip out existing office area, alterations of existing walls to create new openings, construction of new stud wall and fitting of new flooring, alterations and additions to electrical and heating systems, making good to affected areas and general decoration to provide decorated shell for Daffodil Centre internal fit – out by separate contractor. The hospital remained operational for the entire project.
